OUR TEAM

Gin

Government Project/Operation Manager

Gin graduated from University of Toronto (HBA in social equity studies).

She worked as the account manager/sales manager managing global clients. She worked in different roles in service delivery, sales operation, recruitment, training, busines development, project management, and operation management in Canada. Since 2022, she worked on multiple government grant projects. For any government grant projects, she ensured that contractors and the admin team can follow project guidelines and reporting systems. She is also responsible for government grant application submissions, contractors relationship management, grant budget monitoring and administration, and advertisement campaign management.

Also, she managed government grant projects by collaborating with the admin team (project support team). As the project manager, she is always working with community members, consultants, and professionals.
